In the event that we do not have stock of a product, Customer Success will notify you by email and provide you with an ETA of the order delivery.
Online Orders
Please contact Customer Success by phone or email and provide the purchase order number of your order found on your order confirmation email.
Cancellation must be done before 3pm AEST on the same day of placing the order. If the order is cancelled after 3pm, a restocking fee may apply. Please contact Customer Success phone or email and provide the purchase order number of your order found on your order confirmation email.
As soon as you place the order, the page will display a confirmation message. You will also receive an order confirmation email with your order and tracking.
You can reorder a previous order by clicking on the ‘Account’ icon and ‘Order History‘. Click on the ‘Reorder’ button. You can also make changes to this order prior to checkout.
Account
Visit the Account page or click on the ‘Account’ Icon. Here you can update your Account details, shipping address, and view your order history.
Payment & Billing
Please complete the online 30 Day Terms Account Application form. The details of your application will be reviewed by the Accounts team who will be in contact with you regarding the success of your application.
Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard at checkout. If you have a 30 day terms account with us, there will be the option to select ‘On Account’ during the checkout process. If you do not have a 30 day terms account with us and you would like to apply, please complete the application form here.
